Christmas picture FAIL

What is it about taking pictures for your Holiday cards? Holiday cards just stress me out...you feel like you have to send that ONE picture that just captures the family that you love and adore, so every child must be smiling and the parents (if in the picture) better be look'n gooood. And don't even get me started on the whole "what to wear" planning moms do weeks in advance of these pictures...yes men...it is a thought out process...we dont just go see what each child has in closet to work with...there is much effort involved! You know what Im saying. Every card I get, I know that the choice of picture was carefully thought out to represent each family, and that is just not that easy! I tried to do these pictures on my own this year...of just the kids...it did NOT work...duh
